platform: tegra: add TEGRA_BPMP_SCLK_SKIP config
Sivaram Nair [Thu, 3 Jul 2014 07:39:38 +0000 (10:39 +0300)]
This new config flags says whether sclk skipper control is owned by bpmp
firmware. Enabling this flag will add a round-trip IPC latency to the
sclk rate change.
