arm64: jetson-cv: disable ldo6

Since ldo6 is not used on Jetson-CV, to disable it for safe. Although the ldo6
will not be enabled by any driver in Jetson-CV, but it has been set as
"regulator-always-on" and "regulator-boot-on" in
tegra210-jetson-e-pmic-p2530-0930-e03.dtsi.
