[HRTIMER] Fix cpu pointer arg to clockevents_notify()
David Miller [Tue, 17 Jul 2007 00:17:44 +0000 (17:17 -0700)]

an "unsigned int" cpu argument, but hrtimer_cpu_notify()
passes in a pointer to a long.
