ARM: dma-mapping: exclude DMA32, HIGHMEM for meta data

slab allocator doens't acceppt DMA32, HIGHMEM gfp flags, and the
passed gfp param is for a buffer usage, not for meta data, page porter
array. Drop DMA32, HIGHMEM for meta data allocation.
