ide-scsi: convert to using the new atapi_flags
Borislav Petkov [Wed, 23 Jul 2008 17:56:01 +0000 (19:56 +0200)]
Remove unused IDESCSI_PC_RQ while at it.

There should be no functionality change resulting from this patch.

[bart: IDE_FLAG_* -> IDE_AFLAG_*, dev_flags -> atapi_flags]
