HID: move connect quirks
Jiri Slaby [Thu, 26 Jun 2008 22:04:24 +0000 (00:04 +0200)]
Move connecting from usbhid to the hid layer and fix also hidp in
that manner.
This removes all the ignore/force hidinput/hiddev connecting quirks.
