sparseirq: do not printk when migrating IRQ descriptors
Ingo Molnar [Fri, 26 Dec 2008 18:10:04 +0000 (19:10 +0100)]
Impact: reduce printk noise

There were a couple of leftover KERN_DEBUG debugging printks, remove
them. Also clarify an error message.
