The ioctls

 * PRISM2_PARAM_STA_ANTENNA_SEL
 * PRISM2_PARAM_TX_POWER_REDUCTION
 * PRISM2_PARAM_DEFAULT_WEP_ONLY

are not used by hostapd or wpa_supplicant.
