atl1: use netif_msg
Jay Cliburn [Sun, 3 Feb 2008 01:50:09 +0000 (19:50 -0600)]
Use netif_msg_* for console messages emitted by the driver. Add a
parameter to allow control of messaging at driver startup, and also
add the ability to control it with ethtool.
