blktrace: port to tracepoints, update
Ingo Molnar [Wed, 26 Nov 2008 10:59:56 +0000 (11:59 +0100)]
Port to the new tracepoints API: split DEFINE_TRACE() and DECLARE_TRACE()
sites. Spread them out to the usage sites, as suggested by
Mathieu Desnoyers.
